In response to the increasing demand for student accommodation and to better anticipate the bedspace shortage for RPgs under priority housing, off-campus housing with special price (Sunny House) will be offered to Continuing RPgs with priority housing in RY2026-2027. Students are encouraged to join the Sunny House Tour to explore further.

Event remarks:
- The tour is free of charge. 
- A round-trip shuttle bus service will be offered between HKUST and Sunny House. 
- Spots are limited and will be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
